Suzy was so surprised about the lights!!!  I was standing right next to her when one of your guys asked her about where there was an outlet and she said what would you need power for and he said the lights.  She said she didn’t order any so I said I did…Surprise!!  She was so happy and the tent was great and the lights made it so special. We did have some rain so of course we were glad we kept the sides. The grass inside was all dry. The wedding was beautiful despite the crazy weather day and Suzy was beaming!!

As usual, there were unnecessary issues on our end, however the men handled it with smiles and hard work when the time did come to push forward. Last week was brutal with the temperatures and humidity all week, not to mention the monsoon the last two days while they were removing everything. But once again, they handled it all with no complaints. They took care of every detail. They are a great reflection on your company. They represent you very well. I could not do my job without the cooperation of the men, Quentin and Michele. Q and Michele always handle business professionally, efficiently and expeditiously. We cannot thank you enough for the outstanding service and products you and your fine staff provided for my son’s wedding! Your office assistants and your truck crews were most knowledgeable and pleasant. I especially appreciated your hands-on care of our event from start to finish. Your experience and attention to detail in our planning gave us reassurance we were on track and then, close to the delivery of the tent, your time spent explaining in an email the ins and outs of a different tent location for rain was above and beyond, as well as your personal visit on the day of the event! When the tent would have to be delivered a little later than we wanted because of Tropical Storm Andrea, you had Jeffery and the men set up the tables without a fee to us. Finally, you really saved the day when you arrived hours before the ceremony “a la cavalry” to make sure all was in order! Of course, we were in disarray and you handled the dressing of the tables in quick and skillful dispatch!

I was in the opposite corner of the tent from the heating vent and I was totally comfortable for the entire time I was performing (prelude, ceremony, and cocktail hour.) Even being next to the wall of the tent like I was, the temp was warm and toasty! I usually won’t do an outside ceremony until after April but under your tents there is absolutely no problem.
